We’re partnering with NFL ESPN Sports Journalist, TV Analyst and radio host Lake Lewis Jr to explore ways of marrying our mission with NFL sports to give underserved children “dreams come true” experiences that they never could imagine. Opportunities like meeting the players, taking pictures with players and meeting pro athletes thus brokering social and emotional skills that can build confidence up to being the best they can be as students and human beings.

Volunteer Event With Altria

Community Foundation of Richmond along with Altria orchestrated a volunteer with HopeFor Learning to organize basic need kits for children in Title 1 Elementary schools in Metro Richmond and surrounding counties.

Hope On Wheels

Hope On Wheels is our capital campaign to raise $125,000 for a Mobile Delivery and Engagement Hub that will bring critical resources directly to underserved children and families. This custom-outfitted van will allow HopeFor Learning to deliver food, clothing, hygiene products, books, and school supplies to Title 1 schools across Richmond, Chesterfield, and Henrico. By removing transportation and access barriers, we can meet families where they are with the essentials they need most. The mobile unit will also serve as a visible symbol of hope and support in the communities we serve. Your support brings us one step closer to putting hope on the road.
